Here are a few suggestions to help ensure your transactions are successful:

<li>Please use your Bank or e-Wallet account number for online funds transfer (Note: this may be a different number from your ATM account or card number)

<li>Check the transaction amount, for incoming or outgoing transfers, it should not exceed your Bank / e-Wallet or InstaPay transaction limits

<li>Ensure that you have enough funds in your Bank or e-Wallet

<li>For transfer confirmation, please check the transaction history of your Bank or e-Wallet

You can deposit a large value of funds into your SeaBank account by using Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) transfers.
For deposit via RTGS transfer, please follow these steps:

<li>Go to any of your existing bank branch and fill-out a telegraphic transfer form with the ff. beneficiary details:</li>

Note: SeaBank does not charge any transfer fee and will credit the entire remittance amount received. However, your bank may charge a fee for the transaction.

PESONet is an interbank funds transfer service under the National Payment Rail System of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). 
Transactions under PESONet are processed in batches and not in real-time.

You do not need to select a transfer method for your transaction as the system will select the most optimal method for your transaction. 
<ol>
<li>If the receiving bank is not a member of the PESONet network, then the system will transfer the funds via InstaPay network. For these transfers, transaction limit is up to Php 50,000.
</li>
<li>If the receiving bank is not a member of the InstaPay network, then the system will transfer the funds via PESONet network 
</li>
<li>If the receiving bank is a member of both the PESONet and InstaPay network, then the system will select the network based on the transaction amount
 a. If the amount is Php 50,000 or less, then the system will transfer the funds via InstaPay
 b. If the amount is Php 50,000.01 or more, then the system will transfer the funds via PESONet

Your transaction will be unsuccessful due to the following reasons:

<li>Frozen or Blocked Account</li>

<li>Has exceeded Inflow limits</li>

We encourage you to double-check the account details of the beneficiary of funds vis-à-vis the inputted account details on the app before confirming the transfer. 
If you have transferred to an incorrect account number, but the beneficiary bank deemed it as a valid account number (belonging to a different account holder), crediting of funds will still be successful.
SeaBank, on a best effort basis, can assist with the recovery of funds. (Subject to the cooperation of the beneficiary bank)
